2. Booking and Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability. We strive to:

• Respond to emergency calls within 1 hour
• Provide planned maintenance at agreed times
• Give reasonable notice for any schedule changes
• Confirm appointments in advance

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services with reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations. Emergency services cannot typically be cancelled once our technician is en route.
